How far along? 36 weeks and 5 days.
Total weight gain: 10 kgs ( 22.0462 lb)
Maternity clothes: No new ones. All of my tops are now way too short so I have been wearing my stretchy dresses as tops which has been working a treat.
Stretch marks: No
Sleep: I can't say that my sleep has improved much. I'm feeling extremely uncomfortable at night and baby girl is putting so much pressure on my bladder so I am up and down to the loo throughout the night which is nothing new.
Best moment this week: Having a guided hospital tour around the maternity ward where I will be giving birth. Everyone was sooo nice and the maternity ward/delivery rooms had such a warm homely atmosphere with soft calming colours and paintings on the walls. I was expecting something really clinical and scary so I was pleasantly surprised and it definitely put my mind at ease. I'm so happy that I will be getting my own hospital room and Rob can stay with me!
Miss anything? Getting a good nights sleep.
Movement: Lots of strong movements and regular Braxton hicks which seem to be getting stronger.
Food cravings: I haven't had any particular cravings lately. I find that I can't eat big meals anymore without feeling really bloated and uncomfortable. I've been trying to eat regular small meals/snacks throughout the say which seems to really help.
Anything making you queasy or sick? I feel a little queasy after I take my iron tablet in the morning.
Gender: Girl
Labor signs: Lots of strong Braxton hicks and pressure down below. I can definitely feel that labor is getting much closer and my body is training for the real thing!
Symptoms:
Trouble sleeping
Rib pain
Braxton hicks
Pressure on bladder
Period like cramping
Shortness of breath
Heart burn
Mild back pain
Sore breasts (again)
Waddling when I walk
Nesting
Belly button in or out? 60% out and 40% in
Wedding rings on or off? On.
Happy or moody most of the time: Now that my iron tablets have kicked in I'm feeling so much happier and not so emotional.
Looking forward to: Meeting our baby girl!!! Its getting sooo close.

I can't get over how AMAZING you look!! Beautiful mama! And yay.... it sounds like your body is doing everything it's supposed to be doing to prepare for labor. She's going to be here SO SOON!
rob being able to stay will be so amazing--that was the moment i didn't enjoy and found hard was when jonny was kind of sent home. i felt like i didn't know what to do and it was all a bit overwhelming so i am glad you won't have that :)
